Late Arrival

If you will be 15 minutes (or more) late, please inform your stylist prior to arriving. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Multiple Last Minute Cancellations

24 hours notice to cancel is requested. However, within a 4 month time frame, if two times you cancel less than 3 hours before the actual appointment time, a $25 fee will be assessed before you are able to reschedule your appointment.

Child Policy

We love children, but our salon is spa-like and adult-based, therefore we ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment.

Cell Phone Use

Please limit phone conversations to 1 minute during your service.

Guests of Client

No more than 1 guest may accompany a client in the service room. Any additional guests should remain in the waiting area. This assists in keeping the salon noise level to a minimum.

Helpful Tips

Please come to your lash appointment free of mascara or oil residue from products (i.e. moisturizers, cleansers, conditioner, etc). Oil and mascara will coat your lash preventing the best bond between the natural lash, adhesive and extension.
